My Order Was Placed - What Are You Gunna Do About It?

We Get In Touch with Our Guy... and your item(s) are produced just for you. Grazie mille for ordering with us!

ALL *CUTTING BOARD ORDERS* are Prioritized for Production. Our team will get right to work on the made-to-order production of your product. Rest assured that our cutting boards are made with hardwoods that are 100% sourced in the USA!

All *CANVAS PRINT ORDERS* with Personalized Items have an Extra Quality Check. Our team of designers will go right to work to provide you with a draft mock up of your item before sending it to production. Because of some of the design complexities, it is an extra step that we are happy to take to be sure you will love your order! Draft mock-up are generally emailed within 24-48 hours of order submission.

Where's My Stuff... and other Shipping Questions!

First, Grazie for Your Order! Our products are made to order especially for you *AFTER* an order is placed. Depending on the item, production time can be up to 7 business days, but it is often much less.

If your order includes personalized CANVAS ARTWORK, we will be in touch via email to show you and have you approve a draft BEFORE it is sent to production. Please allow for production time.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as the item(s) are prepared for shipment. Actual shipping timeframes may vary and the carrier we use to ship your item will also vary.  In most cases, items are delivered with 4-12 business days after being dispatched to the carrier. 

Please keep in mind that seasonal and weather delays may also effect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding that certain delays are beyond our control.

Why Was I Sent Multiple Emails with Different Tracking Numbers?

Multiple Shipments Are Common for Orders Placed for Multiple Items. If you received multiple emails with different tracking numbers, that means your order contains items produced by more than one of our production partners. Capisci? And since production times vary, the tracking information may arrive via email at different times and the same goes for the deliveries.

Shipping times may range from 4 to 14 business days depending on the production location, delivery carrier and seasonal or weather delays. Grazie for your order (and your patience)!

What If My Product Arrives Rotto (Broken)?

Don't worry about it, relax and have a cannoli! It happens, and we will make it right! If a product arrives broken or damaged, please Contact Us via email within 14-calendar days of the item's arrival. Email is preferred, but you can also call us at (908) 297-0075.

We will then work with you to correct the wrong. We may ask you for pictures so we can work with our partners to fix any shipping or quality problem, offer you a refund or replace the product on a case-by-case basis.

Can I Return My Item Even If It Is Not Broken?

Again, grazie mille for your order! We guarantee the quality of the products we offer. Because we are a Made-to-Order company, we only replace items that are defective or damaged in shipping.

Because each item is made just for you once an order is placed, returns are only accepted in the above situation.
